Immaculately clean room, all in all had very enjoyable stay.

The location was marvellous and magnificent - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Visited few places in the centre, within a close distance from the hotel.

This place has a great location near Chaource, with ample parking and is conveniently close to a pizzeria and a good restaurant serving delicious dinner and breakfast.

everything was good, including affable staff and perfect location in the pizzeria in the centre. we ate at the hotel's indoor restaurant, really enjoyed it. the service was helpful, the food was appetising. besides, cars were parked at free parking.

This hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts of the small town of Chaource, offering a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of the Charolais cows grazing in the fields. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the surrounding nature. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is varied and delicious, catering to all tastes.

The location here is fantastic for exploring the area, being very close to Troyes and situated right in the center, with a pretty good restaurant around as well.

This hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was comfy and had AC to keep it cool. The location was great, with plenty of parking and a lovely village atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Food for breakfast could've been better, as the eponymous cheese was left out and being enjoyed by a few flies.

The hotel offered comfortable accommodation that we enjoyed during our Easter weekend. It had an ideal location with easy access to the motorway and was situated on the outskirts of an attractive village with lovely views. We also appreciated the private parking that made our stay hassle-free.

The breakfast wasn't very pleasing. Although there was a variety of food, most of it was bread and sugar-based.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in a convenient location for our trip with light traffic. Enjoyed delicious, home-made food with local sourced ingredients offered at reasonable prices. the staff was nice and the rooms were comfortable for an overnight stop.

The breakfast was sparse for the price. it was inconvenient to have to pay for the dog because it is a bit over the top.

I recently stayed at this hotel on the outskirts of a charming small town, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly loved the rooms with a balcony, overlooking a beautiful field with Charolais cows. The view was simply breathtaking. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were more than satisfactory.

No negative aspect found, everything was perfect.

We stayed in a hotel just outside Chaource. the hotel was in a lovely location surrounded by meadows with cows grazing. the hotel had a good restaurant, with excellent food. the breakfast was small but fresh. the staff was friendly and made sure we had all the amenities we needed.
